| According to the development of market-economy, annexation and reorganization of corporation have been increased dramatically, and diversified capital holding enterprises are becoming one of the most important economic actors in the market competition. Although these capital holding companies have the same management characteristics as other individual enterprises, they are still up against many problems, such as expanded management span according to the scale management; increasing business on account of multi-line operation; and intensified capital risk because of increased enterprise capital structure. Consequently, it is urgent to develop the management information system of centralized-management fund and accounting system, so that capital holding enterprises could increase the efficiency of utilizing corporation overall resources, decrease operating risk and also improve competitiveness.This dissertation takes the development of fund accounting management system of TF Investment Group Inc. as background, it is based on summarization of management mode and development of similar system according to capital holding enterprises both at home and abroad, it would analysis the business model for supporting capital accounting management and removing information shielding for the TF Investment Group. Moreover, the thesis will advance principal problem that should be resolved by the capital accounting management system of TF Investment. It also describes overall status, demand analysis and design proposal of the system.The management information system of TF Investment Group almost achieved a few function, such as information integration between the investment corporation and its subsidiary capital holding project companies; the telemanagement of information; data analysis services; and the application support for business. The dissertation also makes promotion effect to accelerate cash flow, conformity of funds, and to promote company core competence. |
