In recent years, with the development of the network information technology, a variety of colleges and universities completed a wide range of application systems to support the school's teaching and research working. But these systems are generally only used for specific business needs,and various business systems do not shareinformation each other, like "information islands." In colleges and universities, every year a large number of graduates need to leave school, and past theall traditionalforms of manual handling operations, which usually involves academic, student work, library, financial, relationships, and other various functions department, not only consumed a large amount of manpower and material resources for the students to leave school, but alsostudents leaving school data can't be timely and effective statistical analysis, therefore,a more orderly and convenient solutionfor universities must be found to link between the various business sectors, sothat different business types can be achieved to work together for offering effectively for students, to create a good user experience.At first, the article analyzes the status of graduate work system, realizes that the work of the traditional school system could not resolve the situation without changing the other systems, toimport the middle part of graduate business school data directly into the work of system. Base on this, with using ETL data integration theory, analyzed the position of graduatedwork systembased on ETL in the university information system, the core functions and business processes, systems, and proposed specific implementation plans. Graduate work focused on the core of the system architecture and design model, the system of intermediate links to the library system, hostel management system, educational system, public school system, data integration and so on.
