| China Digital TV Industry started recently and used a large number of foreign standards, it brought huge patent fees. Because of lack of core technology, The development of digital TV industry has been hindered by intellectual property rights. Now, use of state-owned terrestrial digital television system standard developed slowly, Support the state standards for mobile receiving terminal are far from meeting the needs of industry in the form and quantity.In this paper, based on state standards mobile receiving terminal systems, we studied hardware and software system design and implementation. Specifically include the following:(1) Based on the full investigation of the current development status, the analysis of the current industry issues, proposed to promote mobile receiving terminal the importance of the industry.(2) Combined with the characteristics of mobile applications, the overall system framework terrestrial digital television and mobile reception terminal program selection is proposed.(3) Use of structured analysis method, the mobile reception terminal system of the overall framework for detailed analysis, based on full study modules processing, hardware and software part is analyzed and designed.(4) Systematic analysis of the online upgrade, features interactive modules and other key issues which existed mobile reception terminal system, appropriate solutions and implementation is proposed. |
