Based On Uml Water Companies Charge Management System

In this paper, According to the character and charge flow of water service, using advanced software technology, computer network and management method, a tap water charge management system is developed based on the C/S and B/S structure.During developing system, I firstly introduce basic knowledge of UML, then I analyze and design relevant module:system management, user management, basic information management, tap water charge management, Integrated Query Management,, Meter Reading Management, Statistics, etc. based on advanced object-oriented technique, and give relevant use case charts.The system implement all functions of charge processing in tap water company:add new customers; inputting meter finger, calculating charge, taking out charge, creating charger requisition, printing invoice, creating various Portman flexible searching function and soon, complete the function of printing invoice and other bill. The system provides an information management platform for urban tap water charge and implements standardization of the charge management.
