Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Cooperative Office System

Recently "the paperless office" is going to be "Small Office,Home Office".It is the trend of development to work everywhere all the time.This thesis focuses on two aspects: growth experience,current status and future status in the enterprise collaborative office system.We find that a good collaborative office system can significantly improve the efficiency at least in three aspects: information sharing,collaboration of enterprise employees,and business management of enterprise leaders.Thus,it is necessary to provide a stable and efficient enterprise cooperative office system in order to improve the office efficiency of enterprises.This thesis introduces the definition of collaborative office system,the role and status of development,and compares the existing enterprise collaborative office system.This thesis also introduces SpringMVC,Spring and Mybatis series based on lightweight framework of JavaEE,especially for characteristics of JavaEE.According to the system selection guiding principle,we sum up the highlights of JavaEE in the construction of collaborative office system.On the basis of the demand analysis,we design the overall framework and all function modules of the system in detail.The collaborative office system is divided into nine modules,including user login module,user and role permissions management module,organization management module,personal office module,administrative office module,workflow management module,document management module,public information module and system management module.In addition,each module is divided into four levels: presentation layer,control layer,business layer and persistence layer.This office automation(OA)system is designed with the restful webservice which could support all kinds of end devices(such as PC,PAD and phone),and with modules which is easy to extend.The internal module uses a hierarchical manner to reduce code coupling,enhanced post code maintainability and scalability.
