Dali State Land Tax Tax Service Platform

With the advancement of technology and the social development, the taxpayers raise new demand about the Tax Service Web-based platform. In this thesis, based on analyzing the related technologies of building platform and the actual situation of Dali, the author explored the scientific and effective Tax Service Web-based platform.Based on the study of.NET, C# and SQL Server and other key technologies, this thesis designs and implements a solution of the Tax Service Web-based platform which synthesizes the advantages of VPDN technology, the voice services and the short message services with Software Engineering Method.The platform include the network service platform which base on the VPDN technology,12366 voice services platform and 12366 short message services platform.Except the functions of the original tax network service platform, the tax network service platform which base on the VPDN technology increase some functions. For example, online invoice subscription, reports upload, financial statements upload, online tax registration, pre-tax relief.The 12366 voice services platform which is based on advanced speech technology provides simple arid convenient consultation of the policies and regulations, telephone tax declaration, payment and other functions.The 12366 short message services platform which is bases on the basic services of telecom operators provides tax reporting services, policy advocacy, inquiry functions and other functions.
