The Design And Realization Of Message Service System In Inner Mongolia Local Tax Authorities

In 2005, the tax data centralization system was realized in all Inner Mongolia tax authorities. With the application of this system thoroughly and for the sake of the advantage to make good use of the data in it, we integrate the tax short message service system in order to improve work efficiency, save the cost of tax, create active service tax department, and to make the new image of better service for taxpayer with providing timely, efficient, high-quality tax service. We suspend some local tax authorities in cities or towns of Inner Mongolia province, which have their own self-developed tax short message service system, otherwise we invented another new collecting data version of B/S structure of tax message service system again. In this way, the data which has already been analyzed the process data is made full use of in this new system, so we have realized the carried out real meaning of sew to connect without losing.The tax message service system is built on a modern communication network of a brand-new communication channels for various land tax authorities, it can provide convenient, fast, safe, efficient information service among the all local tax authorities and taxpayers even in inner parts of tax authorities. It is an essential and useful way to carry out governmental affairs openly, to pay the tax on the internet, to remind taxpayers friendly and to inform them. The tax message system in Inner Mongolia local tax authorities is successful to be applied in whole province tax revenue management system and has realized many the extensive information platforms in communication.This paper details the text message service system in Inner Mongolia local tax authorities, especially the development background, the meaning of the usage, the frame of this system, the technology in it, the requirement analysis, the detailed design and the later integrity test for this system after the software was programmed. The key chapter in this paper is Chapter Four, the detail design of the message service system.
