Also design and implement a system of professional ranks for human resource management.The system uses ASP.NET 2.0+IIS, and the database use SQL Server2005, running on windows XP. This system adopts administrator management. System functions should include administrators manages the information of the company organization, employees labor and so on to manage to operate with related information.The system can make full use of network resources, and by optimizing and recycling management processes, makes human resources management more efficient and scientific, the data more accurate to satisfy the request that human resources improve service and the ability of management. Thus resources department can be liberated from heavy and time-consuming work, freed to focus on higher level policy work.
