With the competition among enterprises gradually increased, the competition’s pattern and capital has changed significantly, the human resources competition, technology competition has gradually replaced the traditional capital competition. The rational allocation of human resources can not only reduce the enterprise human capital expenditures, but also help improve the efficiency of enterprises, expand the business concept, stimulate enterprise service and innovation consciousness, and improve the environment for the development of enterprises with good stability. Human resource management system of Xinjiang Hongcheng companies consider the personnel management of enterprises and the basic business processes, design entry management module, management module, attendance management module, contract management module, file management module, unpaid leave management module, allocation management module, the annual assessment module, statistics module and system maintenance module., which can run independently and perform data transfer between them.This paper first analyzes important meaning to use the human resources management system for enterprise management and probes into the present research situation of the domestic and foreign software. Then it briefly introduces software architecture of Xinjiang Hongcheng company’s HR system and relevant application technology, functional requirements, using text and use case diagram to describe the HR software business needs and performance requirements. Finally, the HR system’s architecture design and functional module design based on the JavaEE platform is discussed in detail, and the system implementation process is described in use of text, the flow chart and code.System was designed based on J2EE technology, whose software system structure used the three B/S mode, which not only ensure the personnel data security, realize the sharing of personnel information, but also improve the work efficiency and the management decision of enterprise human resource management effectiveness, reliability and real time, digital management of the full realization of enterprise personnel information. The overall structure of the system is clear and the function is relatively perfect. Now the test for the system has passed, and the system meets the basic needs of Xinjiang Hongcheng’s human resource management work.
