Based On. Net Hotel Management System And Implementation

This thesis demonstrates the procedure of developing and designing a hotel MIS and proves the important function of the telecommunication in the hotel sector. The thesis introduced the background of development, the necessity, the used technology, the summary design and the design in detail. Going with the advanced technology of computer, the system is developing with the adopting of VS2005 and SQL Server2005. Through the design analysis, database analysis, system is divided as two parts: All levels of management for some of the hotel part and For some of our customers part. All levels of management for some of the hotel part is an application based on WinForm and windows. Mainly to provide services for the hotel management staff. It is assembled by six main function module pieces: 1. the login-in module: For the operation of the user according to an authorized user name and password login system, the user types involved in related operations. 2. the room management module: Provide passenger check-in, exchange of building registration, to check out, room reservations, print bills and other functions. 3.the customer consumption module: Achieve passenger meals, Hua Fei Teng-store consumer registration, and other statistical functions. 4. the information query module: To provide passenger information, room information, consumer information materials, the total consumption of passenger check deposit, etc. 5: the report form management module: Summary room occupancy, food and beverage, telephone consumer, such as passenger check out reports. 6. the system setting module: Mainly to achieve operating privileges, the user password, hotel information, room information, consumer information set. As the diversity of customers and uncertainties , For some of our customers part achieve by B / S approach. Code use the ASP.NET. By the advantages of using ASP, it can automatically adapt to a variety of client browser.net. It is assembled by four main function module pieces: 1. Hotel Information Query Module : Provide room for the price check, check room facilities, dining information investigation, consultation and other services preview Virtual Room . 2. Hotel Rooms Management Module : Offer room reservations for guest information to register for the guests check out, guest house exchange applications, booking services credentials Print . 3.
