Design And Implementation Of Service System On Logistic Hotel For University Of Science And Technology Liaoning

The logistics hotel is an important place for the enterprises and institutions to offer rest services to the collaborator.At the same time,the logistics hotel can improve the economic efficiency of the institutions.However,in the investigation of the logistics hotel in University of Science and Technology Liaoning(USTL),many problems are detected.On the one hand,it lacks a good method in hotel reservation and personnel management.On the other hand,there is also a lack of a more convenient way to publish information about the logistics hotel.These problems seriously affect the economic benefits of most of the logistics hotels.To solve these problems,according to the actual needs of the logistics hotel for University of Science and Technology Liaoning,this paper design and implements the service system on the logistics hotel for USTL.The whole system sovles the potential problems of logistics services for hotel managers,servicer,etc.,and eventually improves the overall quality and efficiency of logistics hotel service.This paper first analyzes the problems in the logistics hotel and its potential needs,and defines the problems to be solved.Then the researches of logistics service and hotel managent on domestic and international are investigated to justifiy the motivation.Based on the motivation,five modules are designed for the system,including reservatoin management,accounting management,material management,lost and found management and personnel management.In this paper,the whole processes of system design and system implementation are introduced.The implementation of the system uses the MVC framework.In this framework,the data in the M layer is stored in the MySQL database server,the control flow in the C layer is processed with J2 EE technology,and finally visualize the content in the V layer by using HTML/CSS technology.In order to provide better logistics services,the system uses report generation technology and text matching technology to help staff improve accounting management and lost and found management respectively.In this paper,every function and operation of the system are tested by black box testing.The system functions are correct,and the whole system meets the requirement of the service promotion of the logistics hotel.
