Currently, the network shopping, booking and e-comm erce has been quite popular. In this paper a formal context to estab lish a hotel management system, to provide users with Internet booking, hotel reservations and other functions.In this master thesis, the hotel management job content and business processes are analyzed to software engineering approach to the system for a detailed explanation. According to the software development pro cess, from system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing and other aspects of the system ’s key functions carri ed out a detailed descripti on, and system developm ent techniques used to conduct a sim ple introduction. The m ain function of this syste m include hotel management, ticket booking management, hotel information management, hotel online reservation system management functions. Through this system, users can provide ticket and hotel inform ation inquiries and online paym ent capabilities, and to achieve the hotel ’ s information management, enabling users to stay at home to learn about the latest airfare and hotel information..The realization of text system has used.NET platform-based the B/S construction. This systematic developm ent environment uses Visual Studio 2010, the developm ent language selects C#, the data base uses SQL Server 2005. Through this construction, only needs the system installation in the server end, other users can use all functions this system provides through the Web browser.
