The Management Information System Of Hotel Based On Object-Oriented Design

Modernized hotels collect the guest room, food and beverage,communication, amusement, commercial culture and other various kinds ofservices and facilities are the integrated consumption place, the hotelsorganization is huge, there are many service items, the amount of informationis large, if you want to improve and work and produce, lower costs, improvethe service quality and management level, must carry on the modernizedinformation management through the computer. Among hotel modernmanagement theory, hotel information system become hotel modernimportant content of scientific management already, it is hotels that managethe essential modern science tool. Object-Oriented originated from the Object-Oriented Programming,becoming more perfect with Object-Oriented Programming, it is ripeprogressively. Through Object-Oriented analysis, design, programming, wecan carry out the transition to the facing target systematic model levelly andsmoothly and naturally space model of real world. The system has a goodadaptability, high dependability, and good reusable by Object-Oriented skills.Object-Oriented analysis, design, programming have brought the new hopeto development of the management information system (MIS).This text is based on Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and used UMLincluding Use Case, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams to realize themanagement information system of hotels. The system can realize thesearching dynamically, statistic and analytic functions, it also has the functionof assisting decision-making in order to supply the sales and markets data tothe managers on the client and reduce the cost. And the same time, it has alot of software and hardware interfaces, so it has strong expansibility andmaintenance. The system adopts C/S structure to realize the informationsharing and communication, and it carries out purpose of the hotel operatorsto do friendly, simply, flexibly and efficiently.
