At present, the managing software is developing very fast. The Society and the enterprises are increasingly valuing the management, so the wide application of various managing software has a prosperous future. This paper discusses the implementing of the HRM(Human Resource Manage) System under the B/S Pattern by adopting the advanced multi-layer-system structure.Chapter I is the Introduction. In Section 1, the paper sets forth the relevant knowledge of this HRM system from the angle of the management science and gives the basic concept of the Human Resource Management System and the functional formation of the HRM. It explains the specific content of some functional activities such as Work Analysis, Plans of Labor Demand, Employees Selection and Testing, Positions Orientation, Employee Training, Professional management, Development of Administrators, Estimation of Working Performances, etc. The paper also briefly concerns the contents of the examples of the projects described in it.In Section II, the paper sets forth the relevant knowledge from the technological angle. It gives the basic conception of the Multi-layer-structure Application System and makes brief comparisons between mono-layer application and bi-layer application, between double-layer and typical tri-layer application of the multi-layer application. And it recounts the operation principle and the implementing process of the tri-layer structure system by combining the DataSnap Technology which can implement the three tiered system structure.In Section III, the paper forms the models for this project by using UML.In Chapter II, the paper sets forth the demanding designs of the HRM System. In the functional design section it discusses the functions of the system such as the inservice personnel file management, inservice personnel statistic analysis, resigning personnel file management and resigning personnel statistic analysis etc. The it designs the structure of the Database and divides the modules according to the functions.In Chapter III, the paper sets forth the implementing process of the HRM System. In Section I it discusses the chosen models of the developing tools and the background Database. It also discusses the technological advantages of SQL Server 2000 and Delphi 7 in their own fields. In Section II, it discusses the implementing process of applying the severs. In Section III, it discusses the implementing of the functional modules at the guests' terminals, in which it concerns the technology of visiting the Delphi 7 Database and some tools such as ASP Language, Java Script ,etc.In Chapter IV, the paper sets forth the releasing process of the IIRM System. It sets forth the release and maintenance process of the total system from three aspects which are the foundation and maintenance of Database servers , the release and maintenance of application servers, the release and maintenance of the guests' terminal programme.In Chapter V, it firstly analyses the successes and failures of the implementing of the management software. Then it analyses the advantages and disadvantages in the IIRM System. At last it puts forward its expectation of the system.
