University Financial Information Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, with the continuous development of China's institutes of higher learning, school forms have diversified and the school size has continued to expand. As a result, the old management has been unable to meet the new situation. With the computer software, hardware and the rapid development of network technology, new and efficient management has emerged, that is, digital campus. "Digital campus" with computer and network links information resources in schools to form a unified digital space, making information transmission and management more convenient and faster and improving management efficiency. Thus effective information management can be fully realized and the digitization of teaching, research and service activities can be achieved, enhancing the management level and improving teaching quality which is the ultimate goal.Financial information management system, as an important part of digital campus, combines modern accounting, computer technology and information technology together to make the financial data turn into financial information, so information transfer, storage, and integrated treatment are interrelated closely together, achieving the conversion process of accounting treatment from the ordinary to a higher level of financial management and the full realization of the financial management of computer automation. Financial information management system can provide financial information for schools and departments in a timely manner and rapid, accurate financial information for decision-making leadership on an important and reliable basis, comprehensively enhancing the development of university education.This thesis is based on the analysis of the domestic demand for university financial management, to construct a comprehensive financial management information system as the core objective, and designs a common financial management information system according to university financial management of the new features and new requirements. The system emphasizesPracticability and closely relies on the advantages of campus network ,with the daily financial accounting and budget management as the core, focusing on security and interoperability and providing reliable, practical and various functions. This thesis introduces the research background and research status of study and presents the meaning and purpose of this thesis at the beginning.The new changes of the university financial department have an effect on the status of the financial management system applications, system goals, system functions, system building principles, and the system management division of labor and system construction. This thesis tries to make a basic study from this aspect. Then as to the financial information management system design, it describes the function of each module and the realization of financial information management module in detail. Finally, it focuses on the security and safeguards of the system.
