The Design And Realization Of The University Financial Management System

Financial management is one of the most important affairs with the arduous task and costs high accuracy, it usually needs to consider many departments such as the education, research and educational management. However, traditional university financial management is based on manual management, and leads to a lot of inconvenience. So, how to efficiently management and analyze these useful financial information, and apply these information for university daily management is the college daily financial management in urgent need to solve. It is useful to analyze and design reasonable and effective financial management system by means of advanced computer technology. It can reduce the management cost, strengthen the quality and level of financial management, which can achieve a new informative and scientific level of university.In this paper, in order to meet the actual demand of university financial management, this work is based on internet technology, and combined with other deparments demands, to realize integrated management of university financial management and daily business. By the comprehensive analysis of system, we design the system function modules and propose a combination of C/S with B/S hybrid architecture to develop the university financial management system. Visual Studio is used as the platform, and SQL Server is used as the database platform. ASP.Net is used to implement the design and development of this university financial management system.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following four aspects:(1) we research the aim and the significance of constructing the university financial management system, it’s current research situation at home and abroad and the existing problems.(2) we conduct detailed elaboration for the relevant technologies and theories to the university financial management system, and elaborate the system analysis which include the system character analysis, the C/S structure and B/S structure, and the character of SQL Server.(3) we describe the design and development process financial management system, detailedly elaborate the total design process which includes the system framework design, the design of main function module and database.(4) According to the system overall structure and the requirements of system functions, we analyze the operation of the system environment, system module design and the design of data structure in detail.This system not only can meet most of the day-to-day work of the financial management in universities demand, provide the comprehensive financial information for school administrators, teachers and students, but also enhance the working efficiency of financial management, and it provides guarantee for the sustainable development of universities.
