To develop a financial information system is the best way for KuLaTu to increase the image and competitiveness.The financial management software system design is based on J2 EE platform, diffe rent with some traditional platform likes VB, VC and so on. The operating system is Microsoft Windows Server 2003. Development language is Java, JSP and Java Script. Database is Microsoft SQL Server 2005. In terms of capability of the system, and choosing situation is depended on the company ’s own technical route, and is chose the more commonly used MYSQL database. In order to significantly reduce the reading and writing frequency of database, it will use the cache technology in the application layer. In the presence of large traffic visits, it is taken multiple server approach in order to concentrate and solve the problems. In order to ensure the system is stable and efficient, it is used J2 EE technology standards to deal with the problems. On the design of system function, it is high flexibility and practicality. It carried out a detailed investigation by aiming at characteristics and needs of the company. The overall system is divided into systems management, basic materials, subjects, certificate management, report information, business contacts, wages, fixed Assets module and etc. The advantage of the System is artistic appearance and easy operation. The reliability and the information storage capacity of the system are more powerful than them previous system. The maintenance cost of the system is lower than the previous system. System will improve the management level and increase the significant efficiency. This system has great significance and value in the management of the company’s financial standardization. |
