Secondly,the paper based on the study of the correlated theory of E-bussiness put forword the concept,the aim of developement,the function and the meaning of the apply frame of E-business.Nextly, the paper puts forword the steps of designing application frame based on analysing the technology of J2EE and Spring.Furtherly,the paper which bases on the thought of repeating use of software and CBSD applies the theory of application frame to the trade of online bookstore,analyses and abstracts function components of online bookstore,designs reasonable framework of application frame,define the main funtion of application frame and design application frame of online bookstore.Finally,to realize application frame by means of codes though using J2EE and Spring ,which will supply a platform of building a new system of E-business for technological personel..The theory of application frame of E-business was put forward,developping process was built, the specific design and realization was completed, and finally application frame achieves prospective effect primarily.
