This system is designed for the Jinzhou municipal authorities'diet management system which realized the logistics of the network and information management. With strong government agencies of information reform, logistics management has dramatically increased the amount of information and management staff reduction, which brings to the management of new challenges and great difficulty. Rely on traditional manual way to handle the relevant management information, there hysteresis, and the waste of material and human resources, government agencies have been very difficult to meet the food service and management needs. To overcome these drawbacks, it developed the Jinzhou municipal authorities'diet management system.In the first part of the software architecture was introduced to explain the PHP platform, unique in the software development advantages, and commonly used on the PHP platform technology and development models are introduced. Based on the above theory, discusses the architecture design using PHP for a few key issues, and combine traditional Jinzhou municipal authorities of the logistics management system catering business requirements and the existing regulatory specifications, design and develop a platform based on PHP's Jinzhou Shi government agencies catering management system.Thesis focuses on the Jinzhou municipal government diet management system planning, analysis, design and implementation. Finally, the system is completed the unit testing, integration testing and system testing, and test results are analyzed, compared with the demand, summed up the characteristics of the system, and inadequate program. Currently, it has been put into operation, the effect significantly.
