Development And Research Of University Diet Center Material Information System Based On Workflow

Material management is one of the significant and difficult issues for university diet center especially with the enlarging of university scale,nowadays.How to break the neck-bottle of material management and optimize material processes efficiently,it is important for accomplishing efficient material management. Workflow technique makes all or part of business processes carried out automatically, meanwhile, it makes document, information or task to be on the move under schedule processing, to realize that one member cooperates with the other harmoniously and achieve the whole target. This paper studies material information system of university diet center based on workflow with the aspects of workflow modeling,workflow management system development methods and system security based on UML. The optimizing of the material management workflow, perfecting structure and carrying daily operation automatically can be well implemented.This paper looks back the emerge and development situation of workflow technique firstly, meanwhile, it introduces some terms of workflow and the application of workflow management system. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristic of university diet center and its limitation in the application, and puts forward the flow path of material management bassed on the blocks of dining room,purchasing,stock and supplier management.Finally we design a university diet center system using the workflow idea and research the security of the system from the aspects of web security, system security and school management security.
