The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Diet System Based On Recommendation Algorithm

In the current development of the catering industry,the direction of the catering industry has been transformed from the traditional model into the Internet model,and the means for people to obtain catering information has also been transformed from the original traditional media to the network.However,with the integration of the catering industry and the Internet,the scale of catering data on the Internet has also shown a rapid growth trend.Overloading of catering information has become a key issue that restricts the development of the catering industry.To a certain extent,the chaos of the catering business process in restaurant management and the basic restaurant information management have also affected the development of the catering industry.This paper proposes the design idea of a smart diet system based on the recommendation algorithm to solve the problems existing in the catering industry and implements the systen.The research of this paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)To solve the problems of sparse user data and the scalability of collaborative filtering algorithms,a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on SVD and GSOM is proposed.The core idea is to reduce the dimensionality of user sparse behavior data by SVD matrix decomposition.Then the user group is divided by the improved GSOM clustering algorithm to build a set of user's spare neighbors,thereby reducing the user's search scope when building neighbors.Finally,the user's similarity measure is corrected by introducing a time-decaying factor,and the user's recommendation is completed in conjunction with the collaborative filtering recommendation process.(2)Based on the recommendation algorithm,the requirements of the diet system are introduced in detail.Through the analysis of the requirements,the overall design frame of the system is proposed.According to the architecture of the system,the system is divided into four parts: mobile phone APP,computer client,server and off-line computing.And introduce the detailed division and design of the functional modules of each part.(3)According to the design and Realization of each functional module,the system is implemented.And after the system is implemented,the system is tested from two aspects of function and performance.This article first briefly analyzes the development and the current research status of catering industry and recommendation service,and introduces the key technologies and basic algorithms used in the system.Secondly,the proposed algorithm in this paper is elaborated from the design idea,algorithm implementation and effect verification.Then the intelligent diet system is introduced in detail from the four aspects of functional requirements,architecture design,system implementation and system testing.Finally summarizes the shortcomings in the paper and the prospects for future work.
