In recent years, with the rapid improvement of living standards, people have higher requirements for health, while chronic diseases, as the top threat of people's health, have been attached great importance. Common chronic diseases, such as three-high (hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia) disease, diabetes and coronary heart disease, can be prevented and controlled by improving their life habits, such as the reasonable diet and moderate exercise. At the same time, the mobile phones, as a kind of essential goods in the modern life, have features of being portable and easy to use, while Android, as the current market share of the first mobile operating system, is completely free and open source, which provides a full feasibility for developing a mobile health management system.In this context, a diet and sport management system based on the android platform is presented in this thesis. First, the Android platform framework and its important components are sufficiently studied, as well as common development tools, and the Android development environment is set up. Then, system requirement analysis is conducted, and the system is designed to client and server structure, and the system function design and database design are completed. Immediately after that, the entire system is implemented, giving the key code and screenshots to illustrate. The server, implemented by Tomcat and MySQL scheme, is mainly used to save user data. The client is implemented by Android platform framework, and its function module includes:login module, diet module, exercise module, health education module and user management module. Finally, the system has done to a comprehensive test:the server is running on the PC for testing, while the client is running on an Android smart phone, the test results show that the system is in line with the expected design.In addition, in order to link up the diet and exercise, the body heat demand model is established in the thesis, which obtains the relationship between user's gender, age, weight, height and heat demand. We can plan the user's diet and exercise by combining user's caloric intake and his BMI through the model. Aim at the problem that autocorrelation analysis algorithm doesn't consider the different influence degree of the three axis acceleration, we use improved weighted autocorrelation analysis algorithm to achieve the pedometer in the thesis. We can confirm weight coefficient according to the contribution degree of each acceleration component's changes, and obtain the threshold of standard deviation and correlation coefficient from the angle of probability and statistics. The test results show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of the pedometer.
