In the telecom system, telecommunication billing settlement system is a major telecom business support systems, occupies an important position. A real-time transaction operator Billing and Settlement System will provide a very flexible pricing tool. This will not only enable the operator to carry out accurate pricing for each service, but also help operators accurately grasp the new value chain positioning and accurate for the realization of a resource to another resource conversion. Therefore, the Billing and Settlement system in real time, accuracy and efficiency will be the future needs of competitive advantage. It allows operators to quickly adjust and optimize the system, to accelerate new product cycle time and profitability.There are two issues need to be addressed in the Billing and Settlement System, one is how to improve the accuracy of the Billing and Settlement System, the other is how to achieve Billing and Settlement System production management efficiency. This paper is still on this theme; research the structural composition of the system. Through monitoring and audit checking two components, arrive at a feasible implementation of implementation.This thesis describes the function design of monitoring and audit check subsystem, and the background service arithmetic, also demonstrates the realization of two subsystems by experiment results. The designed results and construction program of this paper have been proved to be feasible. Part of the project has been put into practice, and the overall system operating efficiency has been greatly enhanced. |
