With the fiercely increase of market competition, the quality of communication and the stability of telecommunication networks has been considered to be the core business competition by more and more operators. In that case, how to reduce the operating costs and improve the service quality has become a heavy challenge. As the continuous development of 3G technology and the evolution of related technologies, it has higher demands of functionality of the 3G network and stability of its performance and operation by users.Calling test is an important method to ensure the stable operation of the network for telecommunication operators. However, the traditional manual calling test is a waste of labor, inefficient and its results of statistics are randomness and strongly in error. Nevertheless, it can hardly carry out in a wide range of test. Compared with manual calling, the automatic calling test can liberate a large number of engineers from the low level dialing, save the labor resources and standard the operational processes which can improve the speed of discovery and dealing with problems.This thesis analyzes the present situation of the calling test business, the comparison of automatic and manual calling test and the significance of the auto-calling system. Then the related technologies used in the system were introduced. And through the decomposition of system's requirements, proposed the framework of the system.This article focus on the detail of design and implementation of this system, including the division of each module, the specific design and application of the performance layer, business logic and data persistence layer, as well as the key technology.
