Study And Implementation Of Drawings & Archives Management Information System Based On Struts2 & Spring & IBATIS

With the development of business, engineering design company or corporate design department has gradually accumulated a huge number of drawings and documents in the form of electronic. These drawings and documents which are scattered in various function departments and individual hands are short of effective centralized management. It leads to many problems including substantial accumulated data, confusion of drawing data management, low security, the high cost of labor management and the difficulty of finding documents.To solve the above problems, development program for the information system of drawing file management based on web is made. Through feasibility analysis, function requirements analysis and modeling, the system is designed. Three kinds of mature technologies, including Struts2 technology based on MVC patter, Spring Technology and iBATIS technology, are applied to building integrated development framework for SSI. In the system, detailed analysis and design of main function modules has been made based on overall development framework established. Using J2EE technology, Eclipse + MyEclipse development environment and Oracle 10g database, the development of the drawing files management information platform is completed to meet requirements of the system.Actual operating results show that the system can guarantee the safety of drawing, improve the response speed of file retrieval, facilitate remote information acquisition and contribute to transfer and sharing of knowledge and information. Thus, the management of the documents, drawings and information become more professional and standardized in the entertainment.
