The emergence of mobile office for the modern community with a new working model, we can through smart phones, to achieve at any time, any place of the office, compared to the traditional office methods, is a big progress, can improve the office efficiency, reducing the cost of office。Its ease of use, wide applicability, functionality and strong features that make the transformation and upgrade the industrial competitiveness, greater development of social productive forces, it has an excellent role in promoting the conservation-oriented society。The thesis with Windows Mobile6 as a client, the operating system has a high market share, development methods convenient, user-friendly advantages, such as training costs, in line with this thesis for the office system is simple, easy-learning needs. Thesis to use sophisticated Web Services Developer designs and implements methods and back-office applications through HTTP communications module, and based on the module implements encryption transmitted over the Internet. Communication, in order to be able to add the firewall to open ports without adding unnecessary risk, thesis choose to use HTTP protocol, need to transmit the corresponding sequence of data into byte stream, encrypted and loaded into the SOAP message body for network transmission, decryption, through reverse-coding to transfer files to achieve the preservation, for files, directly converted into a binary stream, and then for encryption and decryption through the HTTP protocol to communicate. The thesis select RSA algorithm as a non-symmetric algorithm in our system, encryption and decryption key information, use the Rijndael algorithm as the symmetric key block cipher algorithm, the general transport information encryption and decryption,Rijndael is Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm, it is more preponderant on algorithm efficiency, against differential, linear attacks. The experimental data showed that Rijndael was better than other algorithm safety and versatility. The encryption experiments showed that Rijndael can be used in then data encryption.In this thesis, the final formation of two sets of systems, one is Web access to office automation system, a mobile terminal access to back-office automation system software, can achieve stable and efficient use of system functions.
