Enterprise-based Mobile Office Platform PushMail Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of society and the rapid development mobile communication technology, we have entered the era of the 3 G. And with the enterprise's informatization have become more and more general, people have required more and more mobile office demands; Mobile email which is the most basic information system of enterprise also important means of communication and cooperation in people's daily work mobile has a higher demands for mobile access . Mobile E-mail business emerges as the times require, which is PushMail business. The main task of PushMail is to satisfy the requirments of business people in anywhere, at anytime through the mobile terminal equipment and the sending and receiving of E-mails.This paper analyzes and discusses the carrying of every aspect in detail including the function of the system and requirements of PushMail, the detailed design of the system of PushMail, implementation, and the test of the system , arrangements and so on according to the knowledge the software engineering, the characteristics of the enterprise'information system. Push mail has designed an integrated mobile office mail system which includes the sending and receiving of E-mails, PIM transceiver, and the synchronization of contacts; Push mail also has provided a information platform for enterprise's efficient office. Second, this system adopts maily the relatively popular developing technology including C++ technology and J2EE technology. J2EE technology is mainly used to realize the function of the system management and provides a good mechanism to build business system possessing scalability, flexibility, with easy maintenance, security. Mail processing and distribution of news in the system use the advanced c + + technology to guarantee quick response to the needs of users in the mail processing.The management surface of this system adopts B/S model, which has graphical interface and easy operation. It also has remarkable features like safety, interaction, efficiency, and maintainability.The design of this system mainly aims is to realize automation and high efficiency of the enterprise'mobile information office and to achieve the office needs of employees to work at any time anywhere.
