At present, some government and corporate personnel management still exist on paper as the medium by the exchange of information basis, this mechanism has restricted the diffusion of new technologies and promotion of rapid development have been behind the times, because it has wasted a lot of manpower and material resources, but also makes a lot of information has become increasingly difficult to find relevant information, In short, in the information age this traditional management approach is bound to be computer-based information management replaced.On this topic, develope the modern enterprise information management to meet the functional requirements, first, do a feasibility analysis of business survey, then, a lot of demand and system analysis, and in detail the overall design and detailed design, finally, made a system development work. Development of this system from the simple, user friendly, flexible, practical, intuitive, safe requirements, complete the whole process of design and development.
