Enterprise personnel management is a tedious and complicated work, the enterprisepersonnel management systems on the market generally have poor scalability, high cost inmaintenance, and can’t meet the requirements of the enterprise personnel management.How to design and develop a suitable personnel management system is the main work ofthis topic.Through adopting struts technology, this topic design and implementation aforeign-funded enterprise personnel management information system. First of all, thispaper introduces the development background and significance of a foreign-fundedenterprise, and the related technology; then introduces the detailed requirement analysis ofthe system, and on this basis describes the detailed design and implementation of thesystem. Based on the idea of modularization design, the system was divided into severalfunction modules according to the user requirements. And the application of B/Sarchitecture solved the poor scalability and strong dependency on client problem intraditional C/S architecture.The designed and implemented system in this topic has been put into trial operation,meet the working requirements of the foreign-funded enterprise, reduce the workload ofthe personnel department, and enhance the efficiency of the enterprise. User-friendly、fullyfunctional and simple to operate make this system applies to different levels of users.
