Facing large amount of data, modern enterprises should be kept informed of the operation of business activities, and make correct decision, however, it is impossible to complete all the work relying on traditional manual approaches and organizational management approaches, so we require a sophisticated Information management platform to provide scientific decision-making support. In order to adapt to needs of modern information management enterprises, network management information system becomes a new science based on management science, system science, information science and computer science. At present, the network management information system with computer and network as main tools has become an important indicator of current business. The network management information system is able to analyze every kind of data fast, make right decisions, achieve business office of no paper, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.To deal with these problems, this thesis make an innovative and exploratory research about the extraction of oil production and management decision-making system based on the in-depth analysis of the current extraction of oil production and business needs .A network office platform has been built to dynamically input and query data of every work . Based on the information systems and software development, I analyze the application of the network information system. Through system planning and demand analysis, I design the case diagram and the frame structure of the system. Besides, I analyze the functions of each module in system design. In database design, I set up the conceptual model and database table. To achieve the functions of each module with designing code, I make a suggestion on the system implementation and maintenance. At last, I evaluate economic benefits using the system.Production and management decision-making systems greatly improve the capacity of information transmission and processing, provide support of comprehensive analysis and decisions, strengthen information data management, improve the management level and save in manpower and material resources. Ultimately we can reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve economic efficiency.
