Commercial banks to strengthen the cooperation with local third party institution,developed and constructed of the localization characteristic business system,connected with the third party system to provide all kinds of funds transfer,credit,business queries and other services,such as: common utility payment system,accumulation fund system,fiscal and taxation system,as well as cash payment and settlement system etc.The characteristic business system quantity is large,the kind is many,the business development condition is uneven.Now,there are many characteristic business systems with low transaction volume,high consumption of outlet counter resources and high failure rate,which occupy the production environment for a long time,have high operation and maintenance costs and poor customer experience,causing serious IT resource waste.Therefore,the demand for regular evaluation and classification of featured services is generated.The evaluation and classification can be used as the basis for the withdrawal of low-production and high-consumption systems from production.At present,the evaluation classification of banks' characteristic businesses generally adopts manual statistics,which has the disadvantages of low evaluation efficiency,singleanalysis dimension,low accuracy and untraceable historical evaluation classification records.In order to improve the above mentioned situation,this paper designs and develops a bank characteristic service evaluation and classification system based on the idea of data mining and classification algorithm.Classified data analysis is widely used in target marketing,fraud detection,customer classification and other practical applications.ID3 algorithm is one of the algorithms used to construct classification decision tree.Through this algorithm,we can construct decision tree,namely classification model,and classify target data based on classification model,so as to achieve the purpose of hierarchical division of data.In this paper,the characteristic business assessment classification system based on the characteristics of ID3 algorithm constructing classification model for the evaluation of the business,rely on the model of existing according to the analysis of the characteristics of business operation,can effectively help us to fully understand the master better characteristic business system run output,thus can be an important influence on the daily production work.This article mainly from the system analysis,system design,system implementation,this paper introduces the system use the ESB bank routing data and the characteristics business system database as a data source,using ID3 algorithm to construct the decision tree classification model,according to the business type,number,amount,the Rate of business failure andelectronic channels,the characteristics business system are divided into different levels.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system,this paper uses the transaction routing data of the public utility payment system as the system test data,and obtains the test results of the evaluation and classification of the public utility payment system through the extraction.The evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual system operation and business development,and the system design is considered to be feasible,efficient and accurate.The system can be applied to the transaction data analysis of other characteristic business systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation and classification of characteristic business.
