Therefore, the input-outputmanagement information system based on the single well-development unit-reservoirmanagement unit can detailed record the input-output of single well, it is conducive to the oilfields to strengthen economic accounting and improve the economic responsibility.Firstly, the paper briefly explains the benefit evaluation theory and managementinformation system theory. Then it analysis the problems in the oilfields of the currentinput-output management, point out the goal of this system want to achieve, based on this itanalysis the functional requirements of the system.
