Laboratory Information Management System Design And Implementation

Laboratory is the material foundation and necessary condition to run a school, which is an important component of school assets, and it reflects the school's teaching ability, teaching quality, research level and development ability in scientific research to some extent, which directly affects the quality of teaching and the benefit of running a school. With the enlargement of the school, as well as the increase in the number of laboratories and the implementation of the credit system reform, so it becomes an important subject of reform and development for the school to perfect the laboratory construction and improve the management level of laboratory. By analyzing the current situation of laboratory management in domestic universities, especially the status of information management, the thesis makes a conclusion that the current laboratory construction and management method can't satisfy the need of teaching and research. In connection with the existing problems of the laboratory construction and the management, through the detailed analysis of the function and performance requirements, combining the advanced computer technology, the thesis puts forward a construction scheme, the laboratory information management system, which designs the structure and application architecture of laboratory information management system.in the technical scheme selection, requirements analysis, functional module partition and implementation strategies, the thesis makes his own ideas, including two aspects, which are the technology and realization of the system design and development process。Based on the analysis of the existing domestic universities in the laboratory management system, the business integration, the thesis puts forward the management idea, one is the business integration, the other is shared data, which covers all the facets of the laboratory management, integrates the equipment resources, personnel, experimental task management and planning etc, it also completes functional programming, process design and technical realization, more importantly, which realizes performance requirements and functional requirements of the system. By using Linux, J2EE and ORACLE DBMS, the paper gives the macro-design of the laboratory information management system; include architecture design, database design and the application system design. Then in the detailed design and implementtiation, gives the real solution of the system and some key techniques, at the same time, it refers to the security, operation, maintenance and management of the system.By laboratory information management system that can solved a series of problems which plagued the laboratory management personnel for a long time, it not only realizes the paperless in management, but also improves the efficiency and quality of the laboratory management, and better meet the requirement of experiment teaching in schools.The contents of this reaearch paper have certain reference value to implement of laboratory information management a school.
