Now since Administration of Civil Aviation of China is busy in finishing their business, so when they complete the system, on line in a short time, rarely to analyse and optimize the system in terms of the software design, configuration database and application and so on, in order to ensure high-availability systems. Which bring about the choke pointin of system, with the purpose of solving this problem, they expand the hardware, but the effect is poor and biring adverse impact to business and aviation safety at the same time. With the development of aeronautical information, Oracle database as a CNMS system's server need more abundant intelligence service and the problem of system capability become clearly. Therefore, the optimal adjustment of database systems become an important tasks in the CNMS database management.This article detailedly expound the database system's principle of optimization and adjustment which is in based on Oracle database and related technology, take CNMS for example, the combination with the practical experience in Oracle8i database optimization, which analyse and test in depth the performance of database system optimization in terms of SQL sentence optimize, Oracle memory optimize and Oracle installation configuration.The central contents include: analysing in-depth of the CNMS system in the business during the condition of poor processing performance and lower stability, positioning the bottlenecks of CNMS System performance in all directions to find a variety of factors that affect database performance; To monitor database performance analysis by using SPOTLIGHT which is a software of performance monitoring, and design the database optimization solutions according to performance analysis results; In accordance with the optimal design, re-planning of the database memory area; migrating the data objects which stored in the "hot plate" to reduce the I / O resource contention; using SQL statements to write some SQL scripts for simplifying the daily work of running the CNMS in order to improve some applications of the CNMS and to enhance work efficiency; Before and after optimization for overall performance of the database system, we have detailed analysis and comparison of the relevant statistical data, they are proved that these optimization techniques in database performance tuning and optimization had played an important role.Because of CNMS system optimization in the Oracle database performance,it is very useful to solve the bottleneck of system performance to enhance the overall performance of the system.
