| Researches and facts has showed that Stock^ Insurance and Bank have a strong compatibility with Internet. In recent years, Stock, Insurance and Bank based on Internet have progressed greatly, Stock E-commerce is especially noticeable. To cooperate the construction of JinDian SEC Website , this article put forward a integrated database design&optimization solution for SEC Website based on analyzing its' structure and characters. It used E-R model and was implemented under Sun Sloris2.7 and DBMS Oracle8.1.6.Data security is a bottle-neck in the development of SEC, therefore, the system devise stock database on account of database security including integrity, concurrence, consistency and malfunction restore etc. Meanwhile, in order to improve database efficiency, database tuning has been done based on Oracle DBMS.Up to this, the database had been applied for the JinDian SEC website for one year. This application showed that the design, with security,reliability and stability, can satisfy the needs of SEC. With the security of the network and the redundancy and back up of the hardware, the system run effectively. This design can be used as a reference for the similar applications.In a word, database performance not only depends on the system mechanism, but also continuously adjusts the system parameters in combination with all kinds of application, which would make the system more perfect.
