National Congress Party since the Party Central Committee and State Council attached great importance to vocational education, has held three National Vocational Education Conference, and in 2002 and 2005 to develop vocational education on the decision, specifically to vocational education in China an important foundation for economic and social development and education of strategic focus. And vigorously develop vocational education is to implement the technology and education strategy and this strategy comprehensively enhance the quality and skills, to our great population pressure into an important way to human resource advantage. Therefore, accelerating the development of secondary vocational education is of great significance. The development of secondary vocational education can not do without government support, the Government Supply in secondary vocational education should serve as a kind of role,what kind of behavior through proper guidance and overall management of the effective supply of secondary vocational education, which is this paper is to study and explore problems. This paper focuses on this purpose, theoretically explained the characteristics of public goods, types, defined types of secondary vocational education products, and pointed out that a balance between supply and demand in the secondary vocational education should assume the responsibility andshould play a role. Then, from other types of vocational education in schools, management system, policy and law, funds such as investment and training model outlined in the U.S., British and German realities, also from the detailed analysis in the supply of secondary vocational education in the reality. Then, from the vocational education system, vocational education management system, vocational education legislation, vocational education funds investment system, vocational education model and so the United States, Britain, Germany, in the Shikoku secondary vocational education reality of a comparative analysis, described in the middle supply of vocational education in the common and differences. Finally, based on in-depth comparative analysis of the country in secondary vocational education supply problems, to further analyze the root cause, and then straightened out to improve and perfect the supply of secondary vocational education, the main countermeasures.
