After years of development,the scale of Higher Vocational Education in China has grown stronger,but the problem of insufficient funds has been plaguing the development of Higher Vocational Education in China.In recent years,the Chinese government has also paid more and more attention to the issue of education funding.Various policy documents have reiterated the importance of education funding for the development of Higher Vocational education.Therefore,in order to guarantee the sustainable,healthy and steady development of Higher Vocational Education in Hunan Province,this study will be based on the research on the investment of Higher Vocational Education in Hunan Province,guided by the theory of public goods,using literature analysis,comparative analysis and so on.The research will comprehensively analyzes the investment of higher vocational education in Hunan Province to find out its current problem.Based on the experience of foreign developed countries and the current situation of Hunan higher vocational education,this paper provides some advice for Hunan government's financial decision-making and the funding of higher vocational education.This study is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research on the investment of higher vocational education funding in Hunan Province,as well as the related research summary.The second chapter,guided by the theory of public goods,defines the product nature of higher vocational education and reflects on the investment of higher vocational education funding.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of higher vocational education in Hunan province,the source structure of higher vocational education funds,and the overall investment of Higher Vocational Education in Hunan Province,then it analyzes the basic trend of Hunan higher vocational education funds investment in 2010-2016.The fourth chapter makes a comparative analyzes of the investment in Higher Vocational Education in Hunan Province from three aspects: private and public vocational colleges,Higher Vocational Colleges in different regions,higher vocational colleges and general undergraduate colleges,so as to further deepening the understanding of the investment of Higher Vocational Education in Hunan Province.The fifth chapter summarizes the problems existing in the current investment of higher vocational education funds in Hunan Province.The study found that from 2010 to 2016,the investment in higher vocational education in Hunan province was too low,students in higher vocational colleges are suffering too much financial burden,and there was a big gap between the investment in private higher vocational colleges and public higher vocational colleges and obvious differences in different regions.According to the current situation of Hunan higher vocational education in Hunan province,Chapter VI and draws on the experience of foreign higher vocational education funds investment,and then puts forward some suggestions on improving the investment of higher vocational education in Hunan province.
