NS institute is a representative college of all the private colleges in Sichuan Province, which develops rapidly in a short few years and receives close attention from provincial and municipal leaders. But in the process of rapid development, great changes are taking place in internal and external environment. Faced with these changes and many problems left behind by the rapid development of, to maintain the college's health and sustainable development, NS College of strategy makers should know how to determine its strategic direction and what type of strategies to choose.In view of the above issues, the author takes Strategic Management as research object, on the deep analysis of basis of how key elements like Policies and regulations, the regional economic, geographic location of the traffic and the status quo, buyers, substitutes influence the college's strategy making and enforcing. Meanwhile, analyzes NS college's internal environment like human resources, organizational structure, material basis for in-depth. On this basis, make sure the competitive strengths and weaknesses of NS College, using the SWOT matrix to analyze alternative strategies, propose college's strategic direction and strategy for the strategy-makers. Analyze the key issues of college enrollment in business development, teaching management, human resources and organizational structure and find the corresponding measures as solutions and ideas.
