Beijing Sports Bureau Training Base Management Status Quo

This research in the view of sports management tries to find out main problems of training management and puts forward some specific suggestions to improve training management work.The Beijing Municipal Sports Administration has six training bases:Beijing Xiannongtan Sports School,Beijing Muxiyuan Sports School,Beijing Lucheng Sports School,Beijing Shichahai Sports School,Beijing No.2 Sports School and Beijing Shooting School,which are on the highest position of training system of Beijing competitive sports.Their major responsibilities are to carry out the work in the central of training,raise the technical level of sports and create excellent results.The development of training bases of The Beijing Municipal Sports Administration has achieved a large scale and level.In the past decades,these bases have cultivated a good number of Olympic champions and excellent athletes, such as Lang Ping,Yang Ling,Li Na,Zhang Jinjing,Zhang Yining,Feng Kun, Teng Haibin,Wang Xu,Luo Wei,Jiang Yonghua,Chen Zuo and play an important role in promoting the development of Beijing sports,raising the technical level of sports and making national sports run out of Asia,stride to the world.Nonetheless, as system reform of politics and economy deepens on and on,modernized construction of the capital develops rapidly and the demand of modern competitive sports' development ascends compared with years before,some deep layer problems of training management work has been revealed,which influences and limits the raising of the technical level of sports.The problems needed to be solved at present are how to apply planning,organizing,controlling and coordinating to training bases well,make limited sports resources like human resources,commodity resources,money resources be allocated rationally,achieve better management targets,obtain the largest benefits,play an important role in the course of creating the new phase of Beijing sports development and fulfilling modernization primarily and essentially of Beijing.This passage analyses and investigates training management condition of training bases from three aspects as follows:Firstly,the basic condition of strategy system management of training bases,including:management organization establishment,duty,operation method,goal,strategy warranty and the related law construction of training bases.Secondly,the basic condition of system management execution of training bases,including:layout and classification of items,daily management,training courses management,kinds of competition management of training bases.Thirdly,the basic condition of supporting system management of training bases,including:coach management, education,scientific research,medical treatment management,the reserved talent management and the expenditure investment management of training bases.This passage believes that training management work of training bases of The Beijing Municipal Sports Administration mainly have six problems as follows: Firstly,the organization system is not in good condition and the managing competence is concentrative excessively.Secondly,the resources are allocated unscientifically and the effective utility is in low degree.Thirdly,the project distribution is unreasonable and the developmental environment needs to be optimized.Fourthly,the basic projects reveal weakness and the emphasized projects are not outstanding.Fifthly,policies and regulations are not perfect and the management shows randomness.Sixthly,the introduced channel of social capital is not smooth and the capital is allocated at average excessively.The suggestions of training management work of training bases of The Beijing Municipal Sports Administration in this passage are in the following: Firstly,propel the reform of sports management system and operation mechanism of training bases positively.Secondly,the training work must have definite goals. We should make the strategy pragmatic,pay more attention to work procedure and strengthen management.Thirdly,strengthen the training work of coach and try our best to set up a couch team with high quality and standard.Fourthly,we should try our best to well arrange the retired athletes.The conclusions of this research from the passage are as follows:Firstly,the training bases of The Beijing Municipal Sports Administration are excellent sports team systems in Beijing competitive sports echelon formation systems.The bases carry out management work in the central of training.At present,the bases develop quickly,obtain many beneficial results,cultivate lots of Olympic champions and excellent athletes,play an important role in winning honor for Beijing and China and obtaining outstanding achievement for Beijing competitive sports.Secondly,comparatively sound management system,definite management target and strict management institution make training work be carried out scientifically and orderly.Thirdly,they are the powerful strategy of leaders,better facilities,excellent coach team,strict monitoring system,and the supporting of scientific research, medical treatment that make training bases attain beneficial results. Fourthly,our training bases have some problems currently,such as the project distribution is unreasonable,the emphasized projects are not outstanding,many sports projects need to be improved eagerly and the management still shows randomness.
