The rapid development of computer technology and its extensive application, and also the rapid expansion of the application scope for mathematics constitute the two main features of the information society.Thus trained people of 21 centuries should be all-around intellects, able to intelligently and creatively control the"mathematical techniques"and combine the Mathematics and Computer extensively. And the current status of our education is clearly unsatisfactory, being in disharmony with the development of mathematics and the whole community's expectations and demands on mathematical education. The main reason is that : We excessively emphasized the fundamental role of mathematical education and overlooked another important factor- to allow students to use mathematical knowledge to solve practical problems in life. Therefore, the present direction of reform in mathematical education is to increase the education of "using math in practice" and to enhance the mathematical quality of students. The education for all-round development has become the urgent current educational request, and training students to have creativity and good scientific quality has become the goal of modern education. Using traditional mathematical teaching mode is very easy to achieve ability and knowledge goal in the classroom teaching, but hidden goals (quality objectives, including students'interest in learning, confidence and perseverance, a scientific attitude, the spirit of exploration and innovation, as well as the aesthetic value of appreciating mathematics) are difficult to achieve by the teaching of teachers. Mathematics experiment is a breakthrough of urging the achievement the hidden goal. It is an important teaching and learning method to cultivate innovative personnel. "Math experiment" is a new teaching mode that lets students to face practical problems, to make use of the mathematical knowledge and computer technology they have already learned to design experiments personally, under the leading of the teacher, to observe problems, to explore problems, discover problems and solve problems. It breaks the traditional classroom teaching mode and transforms the passive learning style to meaningful study, cooperative study and independent study, so as to meet quality-oriented education, which relies mainly on students, while teacher plays the leading role, and students will develop innovative consciousness of mathematics, initiative spirit, innovation ability and ability to solve practical problem better. The purpose is to guide the students into "doing math" realm, and inspire students'interest of exploring. This text has probed into the teaching mode and implementation of mathematics experiment in middle school.This text combines the educational development condition of current mathematics:Firstly, in theory, the teaching model for mathematical teaching in middle school is set forth in this thesis, namely the theoretical basis for the teaching model of mathematical teaching (the concept and working principles of mathematics experiment),design principles and methods of mathematics experiment, the feasibility of using mathematics experiment to realize the hidden goals.Secondly, in teaching practice, the paper uses geometric sketchpad to demonstrate that mathematics experiment of middle school may urge the realization of hidden goals in classroom teaching. It also introduces the geometric sketchpad's features and function, elaborates the advantages of applying geometric sketchpad in mathematics experiment of middle school in detail, and proves the implementing effect of the mathematics experiment through the concrete teaching cases.The experiment investigation teaching has a remarkable result in stirring up the students'interest in the study, training students' initiative spirit and practical ability, and the ability of forming scientific methods. Construction and implementation of this mode, favorable to improve students' scientific accomplishment in an all-round way, favorable to the development of quality-oriented education, has also offered the new reform direction and thinking for mathematics experiment teaching of middle school.
