At present, the multimedia technology has gradually become a very important means of education course in middle school education. Application of the Geometer’s Sketchpad assisted instruction is reasonable and scientific we continue to explore research issues. The Geometer’s Sketchpad is based on mathematics software, change the traditional teaching methods, change a blackboard, a piece of chalk limitations, let mathematics classroom has become rich and colorful, loved by the middle school mathematics teachers and students, is the current domestic and international promotion of professional software platform better. In order to assist the teaching to make better use of information technology, this paper studies the application of the Geometer’s Sketchpad in high school teaching, through the analysis of two case, teaching in practice to constantly explore and accumulate experience.This paper first introduces the present research status at home and abroad, application of the Geometer’s Sketchpad in mathematics teaching research content, objective and method.Secondly, introduces the theoretical research on the curriculum integration and the Geometer’s Sketchpad in mathematics teaching in high school, about the integration of the Geometer’s Sketchpad and mathematics curriculum, tells the story of three theories of the Geometer’s Sketchpad integration and curriculum in high school mathematics teaching learning.Then through two teaching cases to illustrate the application of the Geometer’s Sketchpad in mathematics teaching in senior high school, which is the focus of this article, to practice through the definition and standard equation for sine, cosine function image and parabola in two case, and learning atmosphere and the lessons from the classroom after operation two aspects of the analysis, with the greatest in order to exert the superiority of the Geometer’s Sketchpad so as to achieve ideal teaching effect, make the teaching efficiency to maximize.Finally, discusses the teaching strategies, the conclusion of the paper should be paid attention to in the application of the Geometer’s Sketchpad in mathematics teaching in high school problems.The innovation of this article is to students through independent operation of the Geometer’s Sketchpad to obtain new knowledge, the students master the simple geometric sketchpad operation function, through the production of courseware on access to new knowledge and ideas, to become the master of learning, teachers guide, students explore study, let the students prepared in advance, the group class for their research results to communicate, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, teachers and supplementary comments. This is the occupation senior high school teaching characteristics, ability to fully exercise their organizational abilities, language expression ability and practical ability, independent thinking, students through the operation of the Geometer’s Sketchpad to acquire new knowledge and mastery of a skill of operating a multimedia, it is ready for the training of computer technology vocational high school.
