Current education has long been influenced by traditional education, suppressed the initiative of students, can not fully reflect the dominant position of students, there has been student interest in mathematics is not high, there is boredom, classroom atmosphere is not lively enough, the students sense of innovation in teaching not strong, poor ability to take the initiative to ask questions and other issues. Geometer’s Sketchpad can be improved is a "teaching" and "learning" computer software tool, with its unique features to help students develop rational thinking, to stimulate student interest in learning. Sketchpad and independent learning, inquiry activities, teaching activities combined, enable students to experience and discover the creative process, can develop their sense of innovation. In the new curriculum reform environment, the application reflects the dominant position of students and multimedia technology are the two major themes in today’s educational problems. In either context, the Geometer’s Sketchpad applied to teaching, mathematics teachers in the 21 st century, it has been not a new thing, and how reasonable the classroom Sketchpad features to maximize how to make full use of information technology to improve the quality of teaching mathematics classroom, reflecting the dominant position of students, has become a frontline of today’s mathematics teachers care and research.According to the above situation, this article will education informatization and the student main body status that combining the two themes, using literature research, combing the literature, the related theory provide theoretical support for this study; With geometric sketchpad in classroom observation, the actual teaching cases to observe the content, from the Angle of whether to raise the student main body status, to observe, theory with practice, the geometric sketchpad to improve students’ main body position of the role of this hand made some exploration and practice. The research results show that the geometric sketchpad to improve of the subject status of students in the mathematics classroom effect are: stimulate students’ learning interest, causes the student to study the change of the way, is conducive to the students’ independent thinking and ability, improve the students’ classroom participation.This study aims to let the geometry sketchpad better integration in the mathematics classroom, provide grassroots teachers by using the method of geometric sketchpad reform classroom teaching and train of thought, to make students better development.
