As an important component of scientific education, physics teaching in secondary school should carry its due responsibilities in training the creative talents to adopt the knowledge-based economy and information age. But when we examine the current physics classroom teaching situation in secondary school, it is not difficult to find there are still many problems: (1)Teachers pay more attention to inculcating students automatically rather than establishing teaching situation; (2) Problem's owner is a teacher but not a student in the study; (3) Problem's solver is a teacher but not a student. In order to make the teaching activity become a kind of process in which students can pose questions, solve questions, acquire knowledge not only theoretically and but also practically that they can apply these knowledges into real life situations, a thorough study on education and teaching theory is carried out in this research. Combining with my own teaching practice, lessons from many experienced teachers' successful practice on the establishment of question situation in senior high school physics teaching are drawn. The principles, strategies, and patterns etc. By which to create question situations and to train students' ability of asking questions are investigated. As a result, some effective advices and helps for creating question situation in secondary school physics teaching and enhancing students' ability of asking questions are offered, and verification for the formed theory through teaching practice are provided. Our teaching experimental results show that using the teaching model of "posing a question" in senior high school physics and developing students' ability to find problems and pose questions; Better effect will be achieved than that from traditional teaching method. The teaching model in high school physics teaching is advantageous to develop students' problem consciousness and to improve their ability of finding and posing questions. Besides, more remarkable effects are achieved among those students whose study level is on or above average.
