| With the development of the reform of the Basic Education, many people have decided to be teachers every year. The first working experience has a great effect on the improvement of new teachers'skills and quality. Owing to the present the situation that there is a gap between what has been taught at normal university and the actual teaching practice, new teachers have difficulty adjusting to teaching. As a result, it is urgent to train newcomers.In order to carry out the new teachers training programmer, I've made a profound study on the following subjects: the structure of teachers , attitude to vocation, knowledge of and attitude to educational theory ,level of subject knowledge ,teaching ability, management ability, educational research ability and psychological situation. The study shows some factors that affect the training of new teachers, including lack of environment for new teachers'development, lack of novelty for the training system and difficulty of culturing new teachers'activity. At the end of the study, some training strategies for new teachers'development have been put forward. |
