In the "healthy China 2030" planning outline,"the whole population and the whole life cycle" is clearly mentioned,and "to provide systematic and continuous health services" “ The proposal of "whole life cycle" is a new understanding of life and health.Early childhood stage is the beginning of life,and the whole life cycle includes the early childhood stage.Appropriate physical exercise can effectively promote the development of children’s physical and mental health,so children’s physical education is closely related to the whole life cycle.At the same time,the development of children’s physical education is also the cornerstone of the realization of the health of the whole population and the whole life cycle.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the training of preschool physical education teachers,make up for the lack of teachers and improve the professional teaching ability of preschool physical education teachers.On this basis,the paper studies the current situation and Countermeasures of preschool physical education teacher training,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.This paper analyzes the basic situation of preschool physical education teacher training in China;Taking Xuzhou Preschool Teachers College as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of preschool physical education teacher training;To explore the deep causes of the contradiction;In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of preschool physical education teachers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures.The results show that:(1)There are 19 schools offering children’s sports in China,covering two training levels of junior college and undergraduate,showing a situation of more junior college level,less undergraduate level and regional differentiation;The enrollment objects are mainly junior high school and senior high school graduates;The training system includes three-year system and five-year system at the junior college level and four-year system at the undergraduate level;The goal is to cultivate applied talents and applied compound talents;Children’s sports direction is mainly set in preschool education,physical education,sports training and social sports guidance and management.(2)Through the investigation and analysis of preschool physical education teacher training,we found many contradictions,such as the contradiction between the shortage of professional talents and enrollment plan;Secondly;The contradiction between the higher education level and the higher education level;The contradiction between the training system and the training goal;The contradiction between the requirement of knowledge and ability and the curriculum system;The contradiction between high employment rate and low professional identity;The contradiction between the requirements of the times and students’ learning enthusiasm;The contradiction between scientific teaching and single teaching method and strategy,as well as the contradiction between diversified evaluation and single teaching evaluation method.(3)The reasons for these contradictions can be attributed to many aspects: 1;2.Children’s sports started late;3.The curriculum system is unreasonable;4.Solid teaching methods and strategies;5.The way of teaching evaluation is out of date;6.Lack of learning motivation;7.Lack of comprehensive understanding and self understanding of preschool physical education teachers.(4)In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the cultivation of preschool sports teachers.First,at the national level,we should improve the policies for the cultivation of preschool sports teachers,provide institutional guarantee and guidance,improve the treatment of teachers,set up and increase the special funds for the cultivation of teachers,and establish diversified training subjects,and cooperate with universities,governments and kindergartens;The second school level: resource sharing,strengthening cooperation,providing diversified channels for further education,improving academic qualifications,optimizing curriculum structure,adjusting curriculum hours,enriching teaching methods,adjusting teaching strategies,combining a variety of teaching evaluation,strengthening learning motivation,promoting students’ progress,helping students understand preschool physical education teachers,and enhancing professional identity.
