In china the private education began at the end of1970s, after it, Private schools first obtained the swift and violent development, Subsequent With the life-long education unceasingly thorough, the rapid development of the society on people’s knowledge and ability requirement facts more clear, together with government policies on private education encouragement and support, to adult groups as the main object of education, occupation development as the main educational objective in various private adult training institutions rapidly in Chinese Education market extension. It is Mainly for the occupation skill and qualification examination, and the training content is very extensive, including finance, foreign language, computer, management, trade and so on. In order to meet the needs of the development of their work and life, more and more people begin to enter private adult education and training institutions. Private Adult training institutions as a selective education, in the Chinese private education plays an important role, it provides new opportunities to add and improve occupation skills for people. Truly Private Adult training institutions contribution to society, but in the process of the development Private Adult training institutions is also facing grim challenge,and have appeared a lot of problems and crisis. Now for Private Adult training institutions the problem of training quality has become the main obstacle to enhance competition ability and obtain good development. as is known to all,Training quality depends on greatly the teacher situation. so it is particularly important to strengthen the faculty research of the private adult training institutions, in order to solve the problem to provide a variety of proposals of teachers.This paper mainly from the following three parts to discuss the teacher problem of Private Adult training institutions in Jin hua:The first part:through the discuss of characteristic about training of the private adult training institutions, analyzes its requirements for teachers’ quality.The second part:Based on the investigation of Private Adult Training Institutions’ situation in Zhejiang province Jinhua City, present the actual state and analysis its cause of formation deeply and objective. The third part:the article puts forward some suggestion to improve faculty status of our city’s private adult training institutions.
