| Teaching quality is the lifeblood of education,and teachers are the key factors affecting teaching quality.Among the many factors that affect the quality of education,teachers’ own comprehensive ability and professional quality are particularly important.In this paper,the 2010-2016 suqian middle school physical education teachers to participate in the different level of training(from training content,training target,training teachers,training mode,etc.),a detailed analysis and comparing between different level training,sum up experience,found insufficient,for suqian provides the theory basis for the administrative department of education policy,through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,such as research methods,respectively from sucheng area,two districts,sihong,siyang county,shuyang five counties and extract a total of 100 middle school physical education teachers as the research object,The following results are obtained from the investigation on the basic situation of physical education teachers in suqian middle schools and the training situation of different levels:Among the 97 middle school physical education teachers in suqian city who participated in the survey,the proportion of male and female teachers in junior middle school is about 3:1,and the proportion of male and female teachers in senior high school is about 10:1Bachelor’s degree;Middle school physical education teachers have heavy teaching tasks,at least 12 sessions/week,up to 18 sessions/week.From 2010 to 2016,the proportion of physical education teachers in suqian middle schools participating in national training accounted for 24.7%.The content of training includes both special training and comprehensive training.79.2% of the students were satisfied with the training results.From 2010 to 2016,17.5% of the total number of provincial trainers participated in the training;From the aspects of training and assessment,mainly fill in the questionnaire and write learning experience;In terms of whether the assessment is strict,"strict" and "relatively strict" account for 47.1% and 29.4% respectively.Two people,11.8%,chose "not too strict" and "not strict".From 2010 to 2016,71.1% of the total number of municipal trainers participated in the training;Municipal training focuses on the improvement of teachers’ quality and teaching ability.From the aspect of training system,I can work out the relevant training system that is combined with local specific conditions,so that each training can be carried out in an orderly manner.From the aspect of training funds,education administrative departments and the unit to undertake.From 2010 to 2016,the proportion of county-level trainers was 72.2%.From the selection of students,the selection of students is not strict;Teachers trained at the county level are composed of teaching and research staff and key teachers of the county.Assessment methods to roll call and write learning experience.In terms of the form of school-based training,61.9% of the participating teachers were satisfied with the form of school-based training.66.0% of the participating teachers reported that the training organization and management were strict,and 5.2%of the participating teachers reported that they were not strict.According to the results of school-based training,61.9% of the teachers who participated in the training believed that the training would improve their professional skills.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:ConclusionFirst,from national training,provincial training,municipal training to countylevel and school-level training,the on-the-job training of physical education teachers in middle schools in suqian involves some aspects.With the decrease of training level,the number of trainees increases,and school-based training covers all the trainees.The proportion of high-level training participants is low.Second,high-level training includes both comprehensive training and individual training,and the training effect is relatively good;Comprehensive training focuses on improving students’ comprehensive quality,which is conducive to the development of school physical education and the growth of teachers themselves.Individual training focuses on the improvement of teachers’ special skills,the improvement of teachers’ daily teaching ability and level,and the development of school characteristic projects.Third,the training content of low-level training is specific,and the training content is highly targeted.The main purpose is to solve the specific problems of grassroots sports schools,and the training cost is low.Four,in suqian city,there is still a lack of rigor in the selection of personnel to participate in high-level training.Five,at different levels of training,a small number of training instructors use "cramming" training,lack of interaction and communication with students.AdviceFirst,training organizations need to reconsider the organization of training teachers,the design of training content and the form of training organization,hoping that the training will be more relevant.At the same time of completing the prescribed content training,we can also timely adjust the content according to the needs of different students to meet the needs of students.Second,it is suggested that different levels of training should be more rigorous in the assessment of students,so as to better promote the learning attitude and enthusiasm of students,and avoid some students from reacting passively and fishing in troubled waters.Third,recommended to participate in high level training students training back to the unit that can perform the second after the training,will be the spirit of
