The teacher management is the important part of school administration, andteacher's interpersonal relationship also is the important part in teachersupervisory work. This article attempts from teacher's interpersonal conflictinfluence factor to seek the management strategy of the interpersonal conflict,studies interpersonal conflict between teachers, also is advantageous to thedevelopment of education administration and the psychology of management theory,it can also provide the reference for the education administration practice,promote the superintendent's management level and the policy-making quality,establishes the harmonious interpersonal relationship, thus promotes the schoolorganization's health development and the students' perfect personality raise.This research uses literature method, questionnaire survey and so on,analysis the interpersonal conflict influence factor among the elementary andmiddle school teachers, the influence factor divides into the teacher individual,mutually associates and the environment three aspects. The teacher individualaspect including the self-cognition, to other people's cognition, the idea andmanner, the individuality ability and the personal interest and so on, mutuallyassociates aspect mainly refers to the interpersonal communication, theenvironment aspect including the social environment and the school environment,the school environment including the leadership management attitude and theschool system.The statistical result indicates that, looked from the interpersonalconflict nature understanding of the elementary and middle schools teachers,elementary school teacher's interpersonal conflict is relative less, in theelementary and middle schools teacher's interpersonal atmosphere overall ismore harmonious. In the individual factor of interpersonal conflict influencefactorates, the personal interest is the comparatively main influence factorwhich causes the teacher' sinterpersonalconflict, next is the individuality andtheidea, colleague's ability certainly is not the main influence factor causesthe teacher's interpersonal conflict. These factors have the difference to thedifferents chool record and different discipline teacher's interpersonalconflict influence not to be big. Between the female teachers, because theindividuality, the manner and the idea produce the interpersonal conflict is morethan the male teachers; because of the personal interest causes the interpersonalconflict in between 30~39 year old of age section teachers is more obviousthan other two ages section teachers; Individuality and idea manner influent to30~49 teachers (namely middle-aged teacher) is bigger than the influence to20~29 year-old teachers (young teachers); The interpersonal conflict causes bythe personal interest appears in the high school and in the junior middleschoolteachers compares the elementary school much, but the idea and the manner influentthe elementary school teachers compare junior middle school and the high school big, as for the individuality factor, the elementary and middle schoolsteacher's view is basic consistent. Communication is the most primary factorin all conflict influence factorates, the overwhelming majority elementary andmiddle schools teachers all approve this point. The environment factor of theinterpersonal conflict influence factors does not have the obvious sex and thediscipline difference to the elementary and middle schools teacher' s influence,in the environment factor, social environment to middle-aged teacher's influencecompares to young teacher's influence bigger, but the school leader managementattitude influent the young teachers is bigger than to the middle-aged teacher's,the school system factor affects in a big way to 30~39 years old of this agesection teacher's influence compares to other two ages section teacher; schoolleader's behavior to the technical college school record and the undergraduatecourse school record teacher's influence is not obvious difference, the socialenvironment factor to the technical college school record teacher's influencecompare undergraduate course school record teacher's influence: bigger, butschool system to undergraduate course school record teacher influence comparedto technical college school record teacher influence bigger; The socialenvironment factor is not big difference to the different rank school teacher'sinfluence, but the school leader management attitude and the school systeminfluence to the middle school teacher's are bigger to the elementary schoolteacher's influence.To the interpersonal conflict management,first is guide the elementary andmiddle schools teachers to set up correct interpersonal conflict view, next, inview of conflict influence factor each aspect, this article proposes thecorresponding management strategy, finally also proposed the positivelyintervenes mechanism for the elementary and middle schools teacher'sinterpersonal conflict.
