The interpersonal conflict is a kind of incompatible interpersonal relationships or emotional experience in the contact activities between people, when one party perceives that the other has negatively affected, or is about to negatively affect, something that he or she cares about. Study of teachers' interpersonal conflict management can contribute to developing and constructing education theory and school management psychology, help guide educational management practice, advance educational management level and decision-making quality of administrators, establish harmonious interpersonal relationships, and improve the healthy development of school organizations and the forming of students' sound personality.This research mainly uses methods, such as literature, interview and questionnaire investigation, etc., and probes into the current situation of the interpersonal conflict relating to management among teachers in middle and primary schools. First of all, through combing the relevant research of the conflict and its management, the research finds, in the interpersonal conflict management study, that most research focuses on open or direct conflicts and pays less attention to potential conflicts; it seldom dabbles in the management of the interpersonal conflicts among teachers. Through the questionnaire and interview, the research discovers that in middle and primary schools there are interpersonal conflicts in different levels, that the interpersonal conflict values of most middle and primary school teachers is unilateral, that the interpersonal conflict quantity can not be applied to judge whether school organizations is healthy or not, and that the teachers' tactics of dealing with the conflict problems have orientation of non- self- center.On the basis of investigation, interview, the article has analyzed the reasons of the interpersonal conflicts among teachers of middle and primary schools and put forward principles and strategies of managing interpersonal conflicts.
