This topic is about the teacher's occupational life. It attempts to cut into teacher's occupation life from the aspects of role acting and the role conflict. Then it looks after teacher's inner feelings experience, excavating their life connotation, promoting their life quality, and seeking their occupational happy feeling.In formerly studied in foundation, from the aspect of teacher's role acting, this research focuses a city "edge" elementary school teacher's occupational life, then will carry on concrete and comprehensive discussion through the research methods of observation, conversation and narration. It will truthfully reflects the present situation of elementary school teacher occupational life. It will inquire about the characteristic and the influence factors of the teacher's occupational happy feeling, and will propose own reasonable suggestion. We hope more people pay attention to the general elementary school teacher's survival, their life and their happy experience.Attention to research object itself also pays attention to researcher.
